As part of our commitment to protect your right to data protection and privacy, Beekeeper considers data confidentiality, integrity and availability a top priority and we implement the highest security standards in accordance with ISO 27001:2013, ISO 27017:2015 and ISO 27018:2019. You can find further information about our security practices here: www.beekeeper.io/security.
In the unlikely case of a data security incident that affects your company, we want to ensure we can contact and notify the appropriate person in your company without undue delay, and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of such incident.
To make it easy for you to keep your contact information always up to date, we have a dedicated Data Security Email Contact field in the dashboard (see below) to submit your data security contact we should reach out to in case of a data security incident that affects your company.
This contact is typically the company’s Data Protection Officer (DPO), Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) / Head of Security, Chief Information Officer / Head of IT, General Counsel, or Chief Operating or Executive Officer if none of the former roles exist in your organization.
If your organization's Data Security Email Contact details have not been set you will receive a pop up to fill it in, which can be snoozed for a day. Once set, the contact information can only be updated but no longer be deleted, so that the field must always contain a valid email address.
