UKG Ready User Sync

UKG Ready is an HRIS platform used by companies across multiple industries. Beekeeper's UKG Ready integration allows Beekeeper to synchronize their users with data in UKG Ready. This means you only need to manage your employees in one place!

Gathering API Credentials

When setting up the UKG Ready integration some key information is required to establish the connection. The following pieces of data are required:

• Username: Service Account username
• Password: Service Account Password
• apiKey: ApiKey used for authentication (walkthrough below)
• Company: Short company name in UKG System (walkthrough below)
• baseUrl: Base url for UKG (shown below)

Username and Password

Create a Service Account to be used by the integration.  Go to Company Setup in the Settings menu.

In the Login Config tab, if the Service Accounts tab is not present, click on Edit Tabs.

Locate the Service Accounts tab in the Available Windows list, and drag it into the page layout.  Click Save.

Go back to the Login Config page in the Company Setup settings, and click Add Service Account.

Create a username and password; designate a Security Profile; and choose all employees in Account Groups.  Click Save.

apiKey

This value can be generated or copied from the Login Config section within Company Setup.

Company Short Name

This value can be found in the Company Info section of Company Setup.

baseUrl

This is the base URL that you use to login to your UKG Ready system.
