If you have lots of locations, you can group locations into organisational units. This will allow you to assign an Org Unit Admin, who can manage all of the locations within their org unit.
For example, you could give a country manager the ability to manage users at all locations within their country by giving them org unit admin permissions.
Assigning an Org Unit Admin
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click the “Users & Groups” tab to the left and then select the “Users” subtab
- Select the desired user from the User list
- Click the cog icon on the right-hand side
- Click 'Make Unit Admin'
