To see your Top Posts, go to the Dashboard, and click on 'Analytics', then 'Content' and scroll down to the 'Top Posts' section.
There are four tabs in the Top Posts section. All of the analytics are for all streams in total OR the selected stream in the stream picker at the top left corner. Below you can find explanation of what the analytics are on the different tabs:
-
Most read - Returns the posts ordered by most users clicked. The “users” column on this tab is the number of users that clicked on the post.
-
Most liked - Returns the posts ordered by number of likes. The “likes” column on this tab is the number of likes that the post has.
-
Most comments - Returns the posts ordered by number of comments. The “comments” column on this tab is the number of comments that the post has.
-
Most users engaged - Returns the posts ordered by the number of participants. The “participants” value for a post is computed in the following way: number of unique users from the post's comments, votes and likes. For example, we have a post with the following
-
Likes: John, Alice
-
Comments: John, Bob
-
Votes: John, Eve
The number of participants would be computed by likes (John + Alice = 2) + comments (John, which is already present so we would not take into account + Bob = 1) + votes (John, which is already present so we would not take into account + Eve → 1). This results in 4. Please note that the author of the post would NOT be included in this number.
