Posts are visible to all members of the stream the post is created in. To create a post, go to the relevant stream and start typing your post in the section at the top of the stream. Add a title and compose the body text. You can also add an attachment such as a document, image or video. If you like, you can add a poll to your post to ask your colleagues some questions, and one or more labels to categorize the post.
You can choose if you want to post now or schedule to be posted at a later date and time.
Once created, you can edit, delete or move your post by clicking on the three dots in the top right corner of your post.
Please note the following prerequisites for being able to move a post into another stream:
The author of the post must have permissions to at least view that stream
The mover of the post must have stream admin permissions to the stream that the post is originally posted in
The mover of the post must have explicit post permissions to the stream to which they want to move the post (cannot just be global admin, they must actually have permissions in the stream settings, which can be checked in the dashboard)
Global Admins, Location Admins, Stream Admins and Content Moderators can pin a post, which means it remains at the top of the stream at all times.
To get a shareable link to any post, click on the three dots in the top right corner of the post, then select "Copy URL":
If you click 'Add to Favorites', the post will appear in the 'Favorites' section in the Newsletter creator, so you can easily add the post to your Newsletter.
