Mirus is a multi-unit restaurant reporting solution that integrates POS, management software, and other types of data sources to produce dashboards and alerts.
The Beekeeper Mirus integration supports different functionalities (depending your plan):
- User synchronisation
- Payslip sending
The user synchronisation allows you to manage employees information in Mirus only and automatically transfers all necessary changes to Beekeeper.
The payslip integration will allow HR managers to distribute the employees' payslips via the Beekeeper chat. HR managers will have a "Beekeeper" button in Mirus that will, when clicked, automatically send payslips through Beekeeper.
User synchronisation is a prerequisite for payslip sending meaning: you need user synchronisation to be able to use payslip sending.
How to set up the Mirus integration
Things to consider before setup
The user synchronisation can only obtain information available in Mirus. If the user information you would like to have in Beekeeper is stored in another system than Mirus, you need to first reach out to Mirus and add all the missing data you would like to be synchronised.

If you have more information in Mirus that you would like to synchronise you need to reach Mirus support and let them know which additional profile fields would like to make visible to Beekeeper.
Please contact your Beekeeper sales representative or your customer success manager, who will start and guide you through the process. Your point of contact will send you a digital form that will be used both by Mirus and Beekeeper for the setup. You will have to indicate which parts of the integration would you like to be configured as well as for which timeframe.
As soon as the document is completed, Beekeeper and Mirus will work directly with each other to set up your integration. Beekeeper will be in touch if more information is needed, e.g. for the mapping of profile fields or otherwise as soon as the setup is completed.
