Group Admins have access to the Dashboard but only to the users assigned to their specific group. Depending on which plan you are currently on (About the Beekeeper plan types), they can also:
- Send Campaigns and Surveys
- Set up Worker Bees
- See the Analytics for their group
- Create Forms
- Assign tasks to group members
- Add users to their group and create new users (this permission can be deactivated if you don't want Group Admins to be able to do this. To request this, please speak to your Customer Success Manager or use the link below to submit your request.
Assigning Group Admin Access
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click the “Users & Groups” tab to the left and then select the “Groups” subtab
- Click on the desired group
- Click the gear icon to the right of the desired user and select “Make Admin”
Assigning Multiple Group Admins in Bulk
- Go to the Dashboard
- Click the “Users & Groups” tab to the left and then select the “Groups” subtab
- Click on the desired group
- Click the "Bulk Actions" drop down menu and click "Make Admin"
- Select the desired users then click "Apply"
All Group Admins are distinguishable with a blue tag in the list of users within a Group.
