The Template Library provides an extensive template collection for effortless digitization of forms, surveys, workflows and more. Explore industry best practices and effortlessly streamline processes such as employee onboarding, time-off requests, shift swapping and maintenance reporting.
Accessing the Template Library
The Template Library is accessible by all Global Admins. There are two main ways of accessing it:
- Through the ‘Library’ Icon in the top-nav bar on the web
- Through the ‘Template Library’ item on top of their Toolbox
Finding relevant templates
To make it easy for you to find templates that are relevant to you, the Template Library offers filtering options based on category and job title. Additionally, a search box allows you to search by keyword or topic.
In the top section of the Template Library, a dedicated ‘recommended’ area showcases examples that have proven to be particularly effective.
Viewing details of a template
Clicking on a template within the Template Library opens an overview page, providing you with comprehensive information about the template. This includes details on what it is, how it can be applied, its associated benefits, and any relevant considerations.
To help you to explore similar templates, tags are conveniently displayed on the right-hand side of the overview page. These tags link you to related templates, allowing you to discover additional examples.
If you’re happy with the template, click ‘Use Template’ to apply it and start editing the draft. You can also ‘share’ a template, which will generate a URL that can be sent to other admins internally.
Applying a Template
Simply click the ‘apply now’ button to be directed to the corresponding editor with the template pre-drafted. You can easily modify the template according to your specific requirements before utilizing it.
